To brew your own pour-over coffee, start by folding the seams of the Melitta filter and placing it in the Melitta cone pour-over brewer. Position the pour-over on top of a mug or jar. Scoop in finely ground coffee, using the freshest beans for the best results.
Next, heat fresh, cool water to just below a boil. Pour the water in a swirling motion to fully saturate the grounds and create agitation for optimal extraction. The slower the water is poured, the bolder and more developed the cup will be.
The Melitta pour-over brewer comes with a start-up supply of Melitta #2 cone filters and has product dimensions of 5"W, 4.5"D, and 4"H. It is designed to use #2 or #4 size cone filters, providing you with flexibility in your brewing options.
